The process begins with Polyester Partially Oriented Yarn (POY), which undergoes a specialized texturizing process that includes hot drawing, twisting, thermosetting, and de-twisting.
This advanced process enhances the yarn’s bulk and stretch properties, making it suitable for diverse applications. By utilizing different heating techniques, we ensure the yarn is optimized for specific uses. Additionally, we offer customized intermingling levels based on downstream machine requirements, including Non-Intermingle (NIM) (0 - 10 knots/meter), Semi-Intermingle (SIM) (40 - 50 knots/meter), and High-Intermingle (HIM) (100 - 120 knots/meter). Each variant is carefully processed using high-precision intermingling nozzles and controlled pressure, ensuring durability and reliability across applications.
