Founded on 8th June 2011, Ravi Polyester embarked on its journey with a vision of excellence. From the outset, we set our vision on establishing a foundation of quality and innovation. Our circular knitting plant, Initially established in Udhna Udhyog Nagar, Surat, was the cornerstone of our operations. Here, we hunt deep into the nuances of circular knitting, uncovering its vast potential in local and global markets. This initial strike not only laid the groundwork for our future endeavors but also ignited a passion for growth and achievement that would propel us forward.
The year 2015 marked a pivotal moment for Ravi Polyester as we recognized the need for expansion, To expand our horizons, we undertook a strategic initiative to optimize our production capabilities. This led to the establishment of a new manufacturing facility in the Sachin GIDC Industrial Area, marking a significant milestone in our journey. The addition of this state-of-the-art plant facilitated a remarkable, Underscoring our commitment to meeting the growing demands of our clientele. Furthermore, in Year 2023 we added another manufacturing plant at RJD Textile Park, Hazira Surat. This strategic move enabled us to consolidate our manufacturing processes, streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency across the board.
In 2017, Ravi Polyester embarked on yet another transformative endeavor, the introduction of our Garments Production Unit (GPU). This strategic addition not only boosted our economic skills but also broadened the scope of our operations. In 2023, we further advanced our capabilities by adding warp knitting machine from the lines of Karl Mayer and LIBA to our existing manufacturing infrastructure, allowing us to produce high-quality garments from our in-house manufactured fabric. In 2024, we introduced a Drawn Textured Yarn (DTY) unit, which enhanced our yarn with high tensile strength, flexibility, luster, and toughness. This addition in apparel production not only diversified our product offerings but also opened up new opportunities for international trade. Thanks to the dedication and ingenuity of our dynamic team, we continue to evolve and adapt to the ever-changing demands of the market, solidifying our position as industry leaders.
